Turns out the driver had had a longer haul tow to where he had no cell phone service. He made up for everything by coming to my home to pick up the key, and then handled everything for me: loading, towing, drop key in night box at repair place, EVERYTHING!

He provided updates on his arrival to tow my car to the shop and also when he dropped it off he provided an update and pictures. He was very kind and engaged my little kid in the process, my kid loves tow trucks! Also was very impressed that he verified that my toddler was in a safe location before he moved his truck. Def recommend for towing services! Also he is a professional and knows what he is doing. He had to back his truck in a really tight spot to tow my car and he made sure my car was thoroughly secured to tow away. Appreciate his services!
